Meet the Team
As former technicians for a subcontracted company for Comcast, we saw companies that price-gouged their customers time and time again. They charged obscene amounts of money to install inferior products and abused their clients’ lack of knowledge by selling them a “good enough” solution.
Enough was enough…
We set out on a mission to give our customers and employees what they deserve. After several months of moonlighting after-hours and on weekends and buying our own supplies, it was time to quit our jobs and go out on our own full-time.
Today, our customers are getting the products and services that actually work and at a fair rate.
We are now able to provide a healthy work/life balance for our employees and their families. As we continue to grow, we look forward to opening branches in other cities and providing the same care for future customers and employees.

I studied Network Systems Administration in college and worked as a Special Projects Technician for Comcast prior to starting Lupen Systems. My favorite foods are sushi and Reese's cups. I love Magic: The Gathering, video games, and bouldering.

I started out in the low-voltage world at a call center for Charter Spectrum and eventually became a Comcast Supervisor. I enjoy a good steak or burger. My hobbies are vast and include playing Magic: the Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons, watching the Seattle Mariners, playing fantasy football, and coming up with solutions that others can't see.

I am a proud father to a beautiful girl. I take pride in my work and it's backed by my 7 years of experience in the field. Before this, I was in the sales and construction fields, and I have a vast knowledge about how homes are built and the craft that goes into them, which allows me to find solutions to problems quickly and efficiently.

I have over 10 years of customer service experience with 6 years’ experience in retail management and 8 years’ experience in sales. I love drinking loose-leaf tea and eating pizza. My hobbies include reading and playing video games.
